COLLECT CONTAINERS TO RAISE MORE CASH FOR YOUR SCHOOL!
P&Cs Qld recognises the CRS as a highly profitable fundraising activity for schools and through the CRS Pilot Program is investigating how Queensland state schools can best benefit financially from this activity while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Based on 3c/7c modelling where 3c is retained by P&Cs Qld to administer and manage policy and procedure, school returns could be up to $10,000 per year based on 360 students each returning 10 containers per week for 39 weeks per year. The more you encourage the school community to collect, the more cash is earned for your P&C. Don’t forget to ask people to donate at school events like fetes and sporting events to maximise your fundraising potential!
You can boost your returns even further if you circulate your unique scheme identifier so your school and local community can use this when they donate at a Refund Point Operators public collection point.
Evidence from other states suggest that as the scheme becomes further established returns could be significantly higher.
